   We are investigating an issue where candidate exports to ADP are failing with a "missing Company Code" error. Users may experience this error when exporting candidates to ADP from JazzHR, and the export(s) will not complete. Currently the workaround option is to manually import the candidates into ADP.    We have identified the likely cause of the issue affecting candidate exports to ADP. The problem is in how JazzHR retrieves company information from ADP during export, which causes exports to fail with a "missing Company Code" error. Our engineering team is working on a fix. In the meantime, candidates can be added to ADP manually. Next update: Oct 28, 7:50 AM PT, or sooner if new information is available.
