**Reminder - Scheduled FireLight Disaster Recovery Testing** The disaster recovery (DR) testing is scheduled from 10:30 a.m. ET to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 19. This DR testing will be performed with the UAT environment only. The production environment will not be impacted. Testing Details: Duration - The testing process will span approximately four hours to comprehensively test processes and procedures of the failover environment and validate that these processes function as intended in the DR region. System Impact - We expect UAT to be unavailable for approximately 60 minutes on Saturday, September 19, during the failover and failback processes. Functionality - All UAT functionalities are expected to operate as usual following failover to the DR location. IP Whitelisting - To ensure uninterrupted access and operation during DR testing or in the event of an actual DR failover, please ensure both the production IP address and the failover IP address are whitelisted in your environment. **DR Testing Has Begun** The Hexure team has initiated the disaster recovery (DR) testing process. The failover process for UAT is in progress. We will provide an update once the failover is complete, and UAT is operational and ready for smoke testing.

**DR Testing Successfully Completed**  The scheduled disaster recovery (DR) testing has been successfully completed. UAT has been restored to the primary environment and is back online. **FireLight 2.48 Off-Cycle Maintenance 9/11(UAT, Staging)** On Friday, September 11, we will be deploying an off-cycle update to FireLight UAT and Staging. This update is required to enable testing of changes to the signing ceremony related to ensuring non-natural entities are not represented as Signers in the signing ceremony. **We will deploy the FireLight 2.48 Off-Cycle Maintenance 09/11/2026 to UAT and Staging, starting at 6:00 p.m. MT.** Below is the anticipated timeline for this maintenance. We will communicate if there are any major delays. **Timeline: Friday September 11, 2026** • 6:00 p.m. MT – Begin deployment to UAT • 7:00 p.m. MT – Bring UAT back online • 7:00 p.m. MT – Begin Deployment to Staging • 8:00 p.m. MT –Bring Staging back online We will provide updates on the Trust Center throughout the patch process and when the patch is complete.
