Some customers using older Android devices may have had difficulty accessing Care Control Pocket, Mobile and eMAR at 10:05 - 12:25 This was caused by a behind-the-scenes security update that affected how some older devices connected to our services. Our team identified the issue and applied an update to restore access for those devices. Services are now operating normally.
