This is a retroactive post about an issue affecting Virginia data center homed accounts via SSO. We had reports from partners who tried to reach the sign in mechanism this morning at approx 6:30am and could not. We we able to remediate a local database issue in that specific data center and restore all sign in functions at approx 8:13am. All systems have been normal since that time.
