   We’re investigating an issue that prevents image generation and image editing from loading in Rise 360 and Storyline 360. Course Draft generation in Rise 360 is also affected. We’re working to identify the cause and will share an update as soon as we know more. We’re sorry for the trouble.

However, we continue to see intermittent failures and are actively investigating. In Rise 360, AI-generated courses are now processing again, though processing times may be longer than usual.
