Ticketing Sales Disruption

Resolved after 33 minutes, affecting Enviso shop and Enviso pay, on October 26, 2026.

investigating Oct 27, 2026, 12:09 PM UTC

Dear customer, On October 26th, from 12:03 till 12:36 CET, we experienced a partial disruption affecting our ticketing sales flow. During this period, venue-side APIs (such as the ticketing widget, payments and the direct selling API) were unavailable for some customers. Reselling and lockers were not affected. The disruption was caused by an unexpected error during a configuration update of our API access settings. As a result, some API keys temporarily lost their permissions. Our DevOps team manually restored the correct configuration, and normal operations resumed shortly after. We are investigating the root cause of this error together with our cloud provider. In addition, we are improving our monitoring to detect and resolve similar issues faster. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Team Vintia
