Minor October 20, 2025 Missing Metadata in Salesforce 8h 27m Salesforce Package

Started Oct 20, 2025, 03:03 PM UTC· resolved Oct 20, 2025, 11:30 PM UTC

  1. investigating Oct 20, 2025, 03:03 PM UTC

We are aware that some customers are experiencing missing metadata (such as provider types) in Salesforce. Our team is actively investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.

  2. identified Oct 20, 2025, 06:32 PM UTC

We have identified the issue and are working on a solution to restore the missing metadata for affected organizations. The metadata is refreshed through a background job that syncs values from our platform to Salesforce to populate picklists. Due to the ongoing issues with our cloud provider, this job inadvertently cleared those cached values. The affected metadata is redundant and can be safely restored without any impact on customer data. We will share further updates as more information becomes available.

  3. identified Oct 20, 2025, 06:43 PM UTC

We are working to populate the cache for the missing metadata for affected organizations. A fix is currently being validated, and deployment will begin once we are confident it can be applied safely. We will share another update as soon as more information becomes available.

  4. identified Oct 20, 2025, 09:42 PM UTC

The fix to repopulate the metadata cache has been validated and is now being deployed to all affected organizations. We will provide another update once all organizations have been successfully updated.

  5. monitoring Oct 20, 2025, 10:58 PM UTC

The fix has been deployed to most affected organizations, and we’re seeing improved performance. We’ll continue to monitor to ensure full recovery across all affected organizations.

  6. resolved Oct 21, 2025, 12:15 PM UTC

    This incident has been resolved.

We are currently experiencing performance degradation due to ongoing issues at our cloud provider. As a result, verifications may take longer than usual to complete. When starting a verification, you may see a message stating it can take up to 24 hours. In most cases, processing will be faster, but delays are possible until the underlying issue is resolved.

We are still experiencing issues with our cloud provider. To safeguard data integrity, we have temporarily paused verifications and background actions. All requests will continue to be accepted and queued for processing once services are re-enabled. During this period, you may notice slower performance. We will share updates as more information becomes available.

  4. monitoring Oct 20, 2025, 08:21 PM UTC

Monitoring - Performance Update All systems are operational, though we’re still observing slightly elevated latency. The platform is functioning near normal capacity, and our team will continue to monitor performance closely and update when applicable.

Notice August 7, 2025 Communication issues between Salesforce and Verifiable's platform –

Started Aug 07, 2025, 03:00 PM UTC· resolved Aug 07, 2025, 03:00 PM UTC

  1. resolved Aug 07, 2025, 07:33 PM UTC

On 08/07/2025 between approximately 06:45 and 10:00 ET there has been an interruption in the communication between the Verifiable Platform and Salesforce. The extend of this disruption was limited to callouts to the platform made from "Verifiable Action Requests". These are typically used in Salesforce for background processes and are not noticed directly when using Salesforce. An exception to this is the use of the "Export PDF - Report Builder" functionality as this activity also utilizes one of these background processes. When using this functionality during this time window you might have noticed an error message. This error message might have been misleading as it stated that the provider could not be found, while in reality the Verifiable platform could not be reached. The communication has since been restored and the functionality should behave as normal again.
