Delays in Message Delivery
Resolved after 14 hours 45 minutes, affecting Messaging & API, on May 25, 2026.
We have applied a fix that has restored message processing. A backlog of delayed messages is currently being worked through, and customers running bulk send-outs may still experience some delay until the queue is fully cleared. We are monitoring closely and will post another update once everything is back to normal.
