The paper trading environment experienced elevated errors around the delayed open. Some users may have experienced 500-level errors and orders remaining in a pending state. The OMS team forced a clear of orders stuck in a pending state, which resulted in some orders being "Rejected by the recovery manager due to an unexpected shutdown" As of 10:20 the paper trading OMS system is operating normally again.
