   Customers accessing views across the ThousandEyes platform may experience errors loading test and agent metadata, or observe views reporting that no data is available. Test execution and raw data ingestion remain operational, but data visualization in the web UI is currently impacted across query timeframes

   The cause of the issue has been identified, and corrective action has been taken. Service recovery is currently in progress, and platform performance is improving.
