The issue with check-in events has been resolved and surveys are triggering again as expected.

Medallia has an issue where check-in events were not being received by the platform, making it so surveys were not sending to all clients as they should. This affected all studios starting 1/29. As of today, this issue has been fixed for general check in’s and survey’s will resume as normal. This issue will be resolved for first time client check in’s tomorrow. We will not be resending surveys for the impacted period but will proceed with data collection moving forward. Thank you for your patience!
