   We are continuing to investigate this issue.

   A fibre break has been identified as the cause and teams are working on narrowing down the exact location of the break. No ETR at this stage.

   This incident has been resolved. Upstream Engineers have identified the underlying issue and implemented a fix. Service connectivity has been restored at around 3:00 PM AEST, and systems are now operating as expected. We will continue to monitor performance and stability.
