Dear users, We are investigating an issue affecting ETA updates. Some shipments may not display an ETA in the Shippeo platform, and ETA-based notifications or message out sent to external systems may be delayed or unavailable. The following symptoms were observed during that timeframe: - No ETA displayed or updated on the platform - No ETA transmitted to external systems - No ETA-based notifications (SMS and/or email) are sent The issue was first detected on 5 October at approximately 17:00 CEST. The scope and cause are still under investigation.
