Resolved after 17 hours, affecting Scurri Platform API and Scurri front-end, on August 28, 2025.
This issue has now been resolved and customers are able to successfully print Evri labels again.

We have identified an issue with Evri services where customers are having issues generating Evri labels. We have contacted the carrier to investigate and will continue to work to restore normal service.
