   We are investigating an issue where the webcam may not appear as expected when starting a Full Screen recording. Our team is actively working to identify and resolve the issue. Workaround: If your webcam does not appear, open the drawing tools, turn the camera off, and then turn it back on. The webcam should then display as expected. We’ll provide additional updates here as they become available.

   The fix for the webcam not appearing during full screen recordings has been released for Chrome users. Chrome users should ensure they are using the latest version of the Screencastify extension to receive the fix. No additional action is required.
