Resolved after 10 days 19 hours, affecting PRES Platform (Oaks, PA), on February 17, 2025.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring results today as file transfers to RevSpring are at their peak during business hours.

Some customers are experiencing timeouts for FTP file transfers to our PRES/Oaks print platform. We are implementing a change to the FTP site at 5:30pm ET to improve performance. Maintenance is expected to last 30 minutes, and while the FTP site will still be available, it will be operating with less resources. Please monitor all file transfers to RevSpring to confirm successful transfers.
