Resolved after 2 hours 45 minutes, affecting Data Sync, on October 22, 2026.
This incident has been resolved. An outage at our data provider Aeries kept some schools' attendance notices from sending between 5:00 and 5:40 PM PT. Those notices were resent to families starting at 7:50 PM PT. Attendance notices are now sending normally. We apologize for the delay.

We are aware of a service disruption with the Aeries SIS starting around 5 PM Pacific that appears to have prevented attendance notices being sent for some districts. We are monitoring the service disruption.
