PaperCut Pocket/Hive - intermittent issues affecting sign-in to the User Portal. We are investigating an intermittent issue affecting sign-in to the PaperCut Pocket/Hive User Portal for some users. Access to the Hive Admin Portal and printing seems to be unaffected.
