   We are investigating Solr issue where indexing fails on a subset of sites. Our engineering team is investigating the cause and working toward a resolution. We will provide another update as more information becomes available.

   The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

   A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

   No new reports with solr issue but we are still monitoring the results of the implemented fix.

   We have received no new reports of Solr indexing issues since our last update. The fix restored indexing for most affected sites with no action needed on their side. We are continuing to work on the remaining sites and will follow up with those customers directly. We will share another update if there is a change.
