    We are currently experiencing an interruption to payment processing via Otto Pay that may be impacting your clinic. Our team is actively working to resolve this with the utmost urgency, as we know this is a critical disruption to your operation. The issue began around 1pm CT today, May 18th and may be preventing any payments from processing successfully. We will post an update ASAP. Thank you for your patience.

    Our integration partner, Vetdata, let us know that they are currently experiencing an outage and we wanted to let you know ASAP as this may result in a service disruption or delay with data syncing from your practice management system to Flow. We fully expect all data syncs to catch up once this is resolved and are partnering closely with Vetdata so that you can be first to know once there is an update. Please follow here for updates.

    We're currently experiencing an outage with our third-party authentication provider (Google), which is preventing users from logging in to Flow. This is an ongoing issue with Google, and we're actively monitoring their status and working to restore access as soon as possible. We understand how disruptive this is and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We'll share updates here as soon as we have more information.

    One of our data providers that we use to load data from Practice Management Systems into Otto is experiencing an issue that affects our ability to load data. This issue affects Cornerstone, AVImark, and Impromed Systems. Affected data includes loyalty points, service reminders for Impromed or Multisite Cornerstone), new breed, color, species, or sex values created since the overnight sync. Once the issue is resolved with our data provider, Otto will take the necessary steps to load any missing data.
