In Bird CRM, for custom contact attributes created before August 2024, updates experienced failures from flows, API, or connectors since around October 21 2025 7:30 UTC. This doesn't affect updating other attributes like standard attributes or custom attributes created after that date. This issue has been fully resolved as of October 22 2025 14:30 UTC.
