MaaS360 News Microsoft 365 Exchange Web Services Deprecation Impact on IBM MaaS360 Mail and Cloud Extender - 1 June 2026 Microsoft 365 is deprecating Exchange Web Services. MaaS360 currently uses EWS for Shared Mailbox access and to alert users of incoming mail when using MaaS360 Mail. Any alerts sent through the Cloud Extender Email Notification module or through the EWS notification option found in the Workplace Persona Policy, must migrate to Microsoft Graph based notifications before October 2026.
