As a result, we are currently unable to conduct new customer onboarding or core data updates. This is not caused by anything on our end. Based on further investigation, this is currently affecting new private customer onboarding, which is unavailable. Business customer onboarding continues with limited impact. Status: Monitoring Our payment infrastructure provider is currently experiencing technical issues. As a result, some transfers sent to Lunar via instant transfer or MobilePay may have been delayed since 11:04 this morning. We are in close dialogue with them while they work to resolve the issue. As soon as it is resolved, we will make sure that all delayed transfers are posted to customers' accounts. We will keep this updated once more information becomes available. Status: Investigating MobilePay has reported that they are currently experiencing a full system outage. As a result, all transfers made from 10:45 a.m. onward will be delayed until their systems are fully operational again. MobilePay is actively working on a fix and has confirmed that funds sent during this outage will be received by Monday morning at the latest. We are monitoring the situation closely and doing everything we can to help. However, as this issue is entirely on MobilePay's end, we are unable to speed up the process. We will process and post these transfers as soon as they reach us. For any questions regarding delayed transfers or technical issues, please contact MobilePay support directly. Status: Resolved We can confirm that MobilePay has implemented a fix to resolve this issue. Traffic is resuming, and transfers sent after 15:33 are processing normally again. A small number of transfers sent during the outage (10:45–15:33) are also coming through. As mentioned earlier by MobilePay, any remaining transfers should reach customers by Monday at the latest. We are resolving this on our end, but will continue monitoring to ensure all transfers sent during the outage are properly posted to customers' accounts.
