**1st November:** 09:30 - We have responded to technical issues with the Client Area experienced this morning and are working with the vendor to investigate root cause and prevent recurrence. During this time some outages may be experienced however we are closely monitoring this and hope for the bug causing this to be resolved fully. Thank you for your patience on this matter. **31st October:** The client area is experiencing a technical issue at this time. Our system engineers are investigating the situation. We will be updating this at 15:00 --------- 15:00 The client area should be fully operational now.
