[AMER] Community posts are not being ingested into Care
Resolved after 1 day 12 hours, affecting Khoros Community Integration, on April 2, 2026.
We have confirmed that no further issues were detected during our monitoring. This incident has been resolved.

We are investigating the issue where community posts are not being ingested into Care for 4/2, for AMER hosted communities

The fix was implemented, and we can see the new posts are being ingested. We are yet to see if the auto-reconciliation process will resolve the past problems, or if there will be a need for a separate backfill.
