Intercontinental Exchange incident

eSign access

Resolved after 1 day 13 hours, affecting Electronic Document Management, on July 14, 2026.

identified Jul 14, 2026, 08:35 PM UTC

We are aware of an issue impacting eSign access, which appears to be related to Loan Officer (LO) authentication and access to eSign disclosures through Encompass. Loan Officers are currently unable to login to eSign unless they have the appropriate web access permissions assigned. As a temporary mitigation, organizations may either ensure affected Loan Officers are granted the necessary Desktop and Web access permissions or consider disabling LO sign events. This will allow users to eSign in the eFolder package directly in SmartClient. Based on initial findings, this issue would impact clients utilizing One-Time Passcode (OTP) authentication. We currently have a target of tonight, July 15 to release a fix to resolve this.
