Partial connection Outage with PostgreSQL entities - Asia Cluster
Resolved on July 8, 2025.
Connection requests to the PostgreSQL databases (Sources/destinations) were not going through in the Asia cluster from 2025-07-08 11:00:00 GMT to 2025-07-08 15:30:00 GMT. We have now resolved this, and the connections should automatically be restored. In case this did not happen, test and continue the connection, and it should go through. More information on how to do this is available here: https://docs.hevodata.com/pipelines/working-with-pipelines/modifying-a-pipeline/ Hevo support will reach out individually in cases where there are any further actions necessary for your account.
