   We are aware of a recently identified PHP security vulnerability that requires remediation within the BookDirect environment. As a precautionary measure, BookDirect has been taken offline while our teams complete the necessary remediation. We are actively working to restore service as soon as possible.

   Validation of the remediation solution has been successfully completed in staging, and deployment to the production environment is now underway. Production deployment is expected to take approximately 3 hours, after which validation and testing will begin before service restoration. We will continue to provide updates as progress is made.

   Remediation work for Book>Direct remains actively underway, and we continue to advance through production deployment following successful staging validation.
