Resolved after 10 hours 57 minutes, affecting Web App (app.gaiia.com), on September 18, 2026.
Notification delivery has been restored. An issue in our notification system caused outbound messages to be delayed. Once the root cause was addressed, the affected notifications were reprocessed and delivered. Our development team has continued monitoring since the fix was applied, and no further issues have been observed. This incident has been resolved.

During short intermittent periods, some automated messages have failed to send. Affected message types include: billing communications, account and security messages, service and appointment updates, text messages (SMS), marketing and CRM synchronization. Our engineers have identified the issue and are working to resolve it.
