On September 24, 2026 at 1:58 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers experienced intermittent errors when accessing Forma Design Collaboration in India region. Once the issue was resolved on September 24, 2026 at 2:15 AM PDT, Forma Design Collaboration returned to normal operation.
