Exact Online - Unable to export to Excel through overviews (Global)
Resolved after 9 days 20 hours, affecting Exact Online and Exact Online Premium, on September 1, 2026.
The issue has been resolved. It is possible again to export overviews to Excel without facing unexpected errors. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

You may receive an error message when performing an export to excel for the Balance Sheet or the Outstanding Items overview. We are investigating this issue. We will update this page as soon as more information becomes available. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

This issue occurs when the company name contains a comma (,). In addition, the issue appears to affect Google Chrome and has not been reported in other browsers. As a workaround, you can either: - Remove the comma from the company name, or - Perform the export using a different browser than Google Chrome. We continue to investigate the underlying cause and will update this page as soon as more information becomes available.
