As of the 21st of October 2026 the collection files are sent via the Rabobank-link again. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Currently no collection runs are received by the Rabobank when processed from Exact Globe and sent via the Rabobank-link. The issue occurs for both Exact Globe+ and Exact Globe Next. We are investigating the issue. As soon as more information becomes available we will update this page. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
