Resolved after 7 hours 46 minutes, affecting AI Assistant and AI Assistant and 1 more, on September 26, 2025.
We have confirmed the issue is now fully resolved. An RCA will be provided as soon as it is available.

We have identified an issue preventing administrators from accessing the Duo AI Assistant for the first time and are working to deploy a fix. Administrators who have previously used the AI Assistant are unaffected. Please check back here or subscribe to updates for any changes.
