Resolved after 2 days 1 hour, affecting Edumate App, on November 26, 2024.
A resolution has been identified and tested with a select group of schools. Edumate will be rolling out a hotfix tonight to all remaining schools. Digistorm will continue to monitor the performance of our systems as this update rolls out.
