Members cannot login on mobile / Account creation does not work as expected
Resolved after 1 day 1 hour, affecting Dialogue Member Application (EU), on June 19, 2025.
The modification to the application has been released for IOS devices.

Members in the EU region are not able to log into the mobile application with their existing credentials (iOS and Android). The account creation functionality in the mobile application is not functioning as expected. Both functionalities are functioning normally in the Web application.

We've identified the problem and have submitted a fix for both iOS and Android - pending approval by the app stores.
