   We are investigating an issue with storage servers cre-sea and dre-sea located in our PROe Cloud, USA West destination that is affecting backup and restore for a small subset of users. We will update this incident periodically as we progress in its resolution.

   The issue has been identified and the scope updated to include storage servers [a-e]re-sea & [a-e]ef-sea. Further updates will be posted as we progress towards resolution.
