Lithuania - Call Center Shared Line Dial Format Change Effective 03/01/2025
Resolved on February 28, 2025, affecting Convercent Helpline Call Center.
Effective 03/01/2025...We recently learned that upcoming change to Lithuania telephony dial format that will affect the existing shared telephony line. The new dial format will use a "0" in front and replace "8". The new number for Lithuania is 0 800 30 451. Individuals can call in reports through this number starting on 03/01/2025 and can still submit a report through web intake, located on your organization's dedicated landing page or at https://www.convercent.com/report. We are updating the Lithuania shared number listed on landing pages and related content within Convercent's Community and Knowledgebase. If your organization has any materials that contain the Lithuania number, such as a code of conduct, flyers, intranet, policies, etc., please make sure you update those as soon as possible with the new Lithuania shared number.
