We are investigating an issue causing some inbound and outbound voice calls to fail. Our engineering team is actively working on it. Messaging services are not affected. We will post an update within 30 minutes.

Our team has found the issue causing calls to be incorrectly rejected with a 503 funds required, and implemented a fix. At this time we are seeing calls processing normally, we are continuing to monitor for stability.
