Between 21:55 and 22:21 UTC on October 14, 2026, some users were unable to access the Clearwater Reporting site because the option did not appear in their navigation toolbar. Our engineers identified and resolved the issue, and access has been restored. Users who had the Reporting site open before the issue began were not affected. We apologize for any inconvenience.
