Since 14:00 UTC, the Viber agent builder, agent preview, and new agent setup may not respond or may time out. Deployed agents keep replying, though a small share of messages may be slower or fail. We've traced this to an issue with an upstream infrastructure provider and are working with them on a fix.

New bots cannot currently be created in the Viber or Studio web apps. We are working with our infrastructure provider to resolve the issue and will share updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience.
