As of March 31, 2025, Microsoft no longer supports app-only authentication for the OneNote API. If you need to migrate OneNote files, you must use delegated permissions in accordance with Microsoft’s changes. As of March 31, 2025, Microsoft has ended support for app-only authentication in the OneNote API. To maintain functionality, users must switch to delegated authentication. This is a Microsoft platform change, and MigrationWiz cannot mitigate this.
