Resolved after 1 hour 15 minutes, affecting MigrationWiz and MigrationWiz DE, on October 14, 2026.
We are currently investigating an issue affecting Teams Private Chat migrations. During credential verification, customers may see an error indicating the user was not found on the Source tenant. This issue is limited to Teams Private Chat migrations. Other migration types are not affected. Our team is aware of the issue and is actively investigating. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
