Degraded performance: Third-Party Donation Data Syncing to Aplos

   We are aware of an issue affecting some third-party integrations that send donation data to Aplos. Since October 14, donations submitted through these integrations may not have synced to Aplos. Affected donations remain in the originating application and have not been lost. Our team has identified the cause and is working on a resolution. We will provide guidance on recovering the donation data from this period once a fix is in place. In the meantime, we recommend that customers do not manually re-enter these donations in Aplos, to avoid duplicate records. We will post updates here as they become available. For assistance, please contact Aplos Support.
