The Tempo Testnet (Moderato) network will undergo the T4 protocol upgrade activating at 4pm CEST (14:00 UTC) on Thursday, May 14, 2026. Alchemy's nodes have already been upgraded ahead of activation — no downtime is expected for Alchemy customers. If you operate your own Tempo validators, please ensure: - Nodes are upgraded to tempo v1.7.0 (ghcr.io/tempoxyz/tempo:1.7.0) - The --consensus.fee-recipient flag is removed (fee recipients are now configured exclusively via the Validator contract) Nodes that are not upgraded in time will fall out of sync with the network.
