We are observing a network-wide stall on Anime Sepolia. The chain has stopped advancing and is stuck at block 1823674, produced at 08:05 UTC, roughly 50 minutes ago. This affects all requests that depend on recent chain state, including latest block reads, new transaction confirmations, and real-time subscriptions. Historical data remains available. This is not specific to Alchemy. Other independent providers on Anime Sepolia are returning the same stalled block, which indicates the issue originates upstream at the network level rather than within our infrastructure. We have reached out to the network team and are monitoring block production closely. We will share an update as soon as the chain resumes advancing or we have more information. Other networks are unaffected.
Anime Sepolia has resumed producing blocks and the chain has advanced well beyond the block it was stuck at. Requests depending on recent chain state, including latest block reads and new transaction confirmations, are being served normally again. As a testnet with low transaction volume, Anime Sepolia produces blocks intermittently, so gaps between blocks during idle periods are expected and are not an indication of a stall. This is a chain-level condition affecting the Starknet network as a whole and is not isolated to Alchemy infrastructure.
