Resolved after 20 hours 41 minutes, affecting Returns and Shipping, on April 22, 2026.
This is in continuation the previous incident reported. With previous update, the legacy label generation has been restored, however new label requests have been restricted since 2026-04-22 07:28:08 UTC. We are currently working on getting this resolved as well and are in touch with the carrier - Fedex and are awaiting their response.
