We are investigating an issue that is impacting the re-deployments of Developer Portals. This is only impacting new/re-deployments of your Developer Portals. Existing Developer Portals are not impacted and will continue to serve traffic. Re-deployment of API Gateways are not impacted.

We have resolved the issue. Re-deploying your Developer Portal works now. This was due to a resource capacity issue on one of our cloud providers.

We are investigating an issue where builds of Developer Portal are taking longer and may time out. This only affects building your Developer Portal in working-copy and does not affect preview and production builds. Any existing Developer Portal that has been deployed are not affected. Building and deploying API Gateways are not affected.

One of our cloud providers were having capacity issues. We have rolled out a fix to increase the build resources for working-copy and the Developer Portal builds have now stabilized.

We have identified an issue with one of our cloud providers for our managed-edge deployments. At this time, you might see intermittent failures deploying your API Gateway. Existing API Gateways that have already been deployed are not affected. The issue is at https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/znll7lfnd35h We are monitoring the situation with that cloud provider and will update if there are any changes.

The cloud provider, Cloudflare, has resolved the issue. You can now continue deploying and updating your API Gateways.

As of 10 am PT we noticed some intermittent issues affecting our managed-dedicated customers (deployments to GCP, AWS, Azure, Linode, etc) when they are deploying. Managed-edge customers are not affected by this. Any existing environments that had been deployed before will still be routing traffic so there is no downtime. The issue here is that there are intermittent failures with deploying new environments. We are investigating this and will post updates.

We have identified the issue and rolled out a fix. This was due to underlying networking changes that one of our cloud providers made that affected how URLs were parsed more strictly.

We are seeing elevated error rates loading static assets on the developer portal CDN. We are investigating.
