    We're aware of a local issue in Bideford which has caused a number of broadbands to go down. The carrier is aiming to have this fixed by 11.43 this morning. We're really sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. We'll post updates here when we know more.

    This is still ongoing and the carrier is now hoping to have this resolved by 2pm today. Again, we're really sorry to anyone affected by this.

    The carrier has now told us that they're planning to fix this by 8pm this evening. We'll continue to keep an eye on things before that. We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused today.

    Our supplier is working on a fix for a problem which is causing some inbound and outbound calls to fail. We're really sorry for any inconvenience caused by this! We'll post updates here as soon as we receive them.

    It seems like this has been fixed although this hasn't been confirmed by our supplier yet. We'll post an update when we know more.

    Our supplier has confirmed that they've fixed this problem and it looks like everything is back to normal. We'll carry on monitoring this for the rest of the day. Once again, we're really sorry for the inconvenience caused by this brief outage this afternoon!
