   We are currently investigating reports from some users experiencing issues loading GRC on the US Production environment. Our technical teams are engaged and actively working to investigate this. We will provide an update as soon as possible.

   Mitigating steps have been taken. Reports confirm users should no longer be experiencing issues. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as soon as possible.    We continue to see recovery and are no longer receiving reports from users encountering issues with GRC loading. We continue to monitor the situation while we work to identify the root cause.    Between 4:52 AM CDT to 6:02 AM CDT, GRC experiences in the US Production environment were severely degraded.. Reports show that the incident is now resolved.
