Issue with Vimeo on Demand analytics (subscriptions) and billing.
Resolved after 78 days 2 hours, affecting Billing and VOD Analytics, on April 3, 2025.
Promotions - Single promo codes and batch promo codes are now functional, though we are aware that some users may still be experiencing issues. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely to ensure full stability for all sellers. We are also progressing on VIP access codes. Analytics - Active subscriber counts are now visible. We are actively investigating additional issues with subscriber analytics.
